Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton graphic it up!!

Marc Jacobs perfected the Louis Vuitton Show with the straightforward monogram print. On the last day of Paris Fashion Week, the checkered print outfits were a burst of energy and joy. With the sunshine yellow and the greenery monograms, the entire 6 minute show was filled with nothing but joy and optimism. With the brightly colored floors, the colors reflected nicely off the models who entered the runway on 4 escalators. The escalators also had a checkered floor finishing. Columns were carefully assembled in the Palais Royal and provided a hint at the 3 different lengths the outfits came in. The mini, midi, and maxi columns were a direct reference to the short, knee length and maxi skirts that assembled on the runway. Marc Jacobs fashion show in New York last month was all about the stripes vs blocks and checkered board print for LV. Marc Jacobs is all about the graphics this year.

The mini dresses and coats sort of reminded me of the '70 especially with the short hair, bangs and bow headbands. Overall absolutely beautiful assembly.

The setup was simply breathtaking and the hair bows were surely a stand-out icon and one of my favorite parts of the show. The way the show as assembled had a direct reflect on the appearance of the runway pieces. This setup included everything from the escalators, to the flooring to even the buddy system. Cute and clever Marc Jacobs. Im all about classy and LV's monogramed floor and matching outfits were a direct reflect of this.
